Cardea Kids and Families
Dear Parents
Welcome to Cardea Community Church.
This is some information about what’s on for children and tots at the church. Your children are always welcome to stay with you during the service but, if they would like to, there are other activities available.
Cardea Kids caters for 3 – 11 year olds and each Sunday they can come to join us in the back room for stories, memory verses, crafts, quizzes, games and singing. The children leave the service at the start of the song just before the sermon begins. Each week there are there are two adults teaching the children and all our leaders are DBS checked.
If you have children who are “rising 3s” then please talk to Karen or one of the leaders. It may be that once they’ve settled in Cardea Kids with a parent for a few sessions, they will be ready to join the group independently. We recognise that each child is different and we would love to talk with you about their individual needs.
Cardea Seedlings caters for under 3's in the second room next to the Cardea Kids - parents are required to stay with their child(ren) in this room.
There is an area at the back of the church where there are quiet toys and books available to keep your little one engaged.
